Reissued Guidance on Complying with the Prohibition on Using ERRP Reimbursements as General Revenue
CMS has reissued guidance to reiterate that the maintenance of contribution requirement, although related, is a separate and distinct requirement from the prohibition on using ERRP funds as general revenue.
